Colleen is a Consulting Associate for Synecticsworld, based in Toronto. She is a public relations professional with experience in internal and external communications, events and meeting planning. Colleen is a certified Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), and helps manage the daily operations of the Canadian office.
Prior to joining Synecticsworld, Colleen gained experience in the insurance and hospitality industries and completed an internship in the marketing & communications department at GO Transit, a provincial government transportation agency. During her internship, she learned to identify potential strategic partnerships coinciding with corporate strategic objectives, explored creativity by contributing articles to customer and employee newsletters, and through collaborative efforts, gained positive media coverage for the organization.
Colleen graduated with honours from the Humber College public relations program and has volunteered in the media relations offices for the Fan Expo, Green Living Show and the Royal Agricultural & Winter Fair. She is also an arts & entertainment buff, enjoys creative writing, playing chef, exploring the world, and spending time with her daughter, Belle.
