Kyle Hermans delivered an inspired speech to business and community leaders at the Leaders Causing Leaders Conference, October 8th, 2011 in Marina del rey, California. Over 400 participants joined Kyle in a building the climate, culture, language, and mindspace that set them on their 3 day journey to create the courageous new world in which 1,000,000 Gandhis can emerge.

The Leaders Causing Leader’s Mission is to create the structures that enable and promote Leadership within every individual in the world, and to coordinate effective actions with others in order to maintain our existence on Earth.

Leadership defines every generation. When achieved, innovation and change become real possibilities. Sustainable Worldwide Leadership begins today, with all of us. As we become more effective leaders in our own lives, we will reconstruct our conversations so that we can take action addressing the mutual concerns of the people around us.

The Leadership conference has two overarching objectives:

1. To bring leaders together to create a new paradigm for Leadership; one that consists of new structures and models for alignment and collaboration between leaders . Imbue the conference with this spirit.

2. Create a strong sense of urgency to inspire everyone attending the conference to step up and become a leader for change in his/her own community, equipped with these new structures and models to sustain their leadership roles long after the conference ends.
